(2)The Municipality may, by regulations, determine the types, materials of construction or designs on the basis of which such receptacles, trailers or other means for removal of solid wastes may be constructed and where these may be located in any premises, and the person applying for sanction of building plan, shall be bound to construct the same accordingly.
