Section 32(2) in The Gujarat Provincial Municipal Corporations Act, 1949
(2)Where the Corporation has requested the concurrence of any other local authority under the provisions of sub-section (1) in respect of any matter and such other local authority has refused to concur, the [State] [This word was substituted for the word 'Provincial' by the Adaptation of Laws Order, 1950.] Government may pass such orders as it deems fit requiring the concurrence of such other local authority, not being a cantonment authority in the matter aforesaid and such other local authority shall comply with such orders.
