Section 7(1) in The Gujarat Affiliated Colleges Services Tribunal Act, 1982
(1)The Tribunal shall have jurisdiction to entertain and decide disputes referred to in Section 8, all suits and proceedings transferred to it under Sub-section (2) of Section 13 and appeals made under Sub-section (6) of Section 14.
