Section 15 in The Supreme Court Legal Services Committee Regulations, 1996
15. Legal services may be granted in certain cases.
- Irrespective of the means test, legal service may be granted-(a)in cases of great public importance; or(b)in a special case, reasons for which to be recorded in writing, is considered otherwise deserving of legal services.
