Section 11(1) in The West Bengal Requisitioning of Vehicles Act, 1979
(1)Any person who contravenes an order made under section 3 or section 5 shall be punishable with imprisonment for a term which may extend to one year or with fine which may extend to five hundred rupees or with both.
