Section 50(1) in The Maharashtra Habitual Offenders Rules, 1960
(1)The cases of all persons whose movements have been restricted or who are placed in corrective settlements under this Act shall be reviewed every six months by a Board consisting of the District Magistrate of the District, the Deputy Director of Social Welfare (Correctional Administration) and the District Superintendent of Police of the district. The District Magistrate shall be the Chairman and the Superintendent of the Settlement shall be the ex-officio Secretary of the Board.
