1. Mr. Parag P. Tripathi, Senior Counsel for BDR Pharmaceuticals International Limited, states that they will be filing an application for tagging the instant application along with the appeal arising from Kudos Pharmaceuticals Limited & Ors. v. Natco Pharma Limited.1 Mr. Tripathi's submissions to this effect have already been noted in order dated 11th March, 2024. Ms. Vaishali Mittal, counsel for Kudos Pharmaceuticals Limited, strongly opposes the request for adjournment.
