21. Calculation of interest.
- The Jagir Commissioner, [x x x] [Omitted by Notification No. F.1 (23) Revenue/A/66, dated 7-5-66, Published in Rajasthan part IV-C Gazette date 14-7-66] or the Collector of the district, as the case may be, shall calculate simple interest at 2½% per annum on the amount paid or to be paid in cash from the date of resumption to the date of determination of compensation and rehabilitation grant under sections 32 and 38 (d) of the Act or the date of payment whichever is earlier.
