Section 49 in The Haryana Private Universities, 2006
49. Act to have overriding effect.
- The provisions of this Act and the Statutes, Ordinances, Regulations and the Rules shall have effect notwithstanding anything to the contrary contained in any other law, for the time being in force, made by the State Legislature relating to the universities.
