Respondents Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying for issue of Writ of Mandamus to direct the respondents to register a case against the Dean and Director of Padma Seshadri Bala Bhavan Senior Secondary School, K.K.Ngar, Chennai 600 078, under Section 304 (Part 2) IPC in connection with the death of M.Ranjan, a nine year old class IV student, in the swimming pool inside the compound of the said school on 16 August, 2012, and prosecute her in accordance with law, and further direct respondents 1 and 2 to initiate appropriate disciplinary action against respondent no.3 for his failure to register a case against the Dean and Director of the said school as per law.
