Section 25(1) in Jammu and Kashmir Protection of Children from Sexual Violence Act, 2018
(1)If the statement of the child is being recorded under section 164 or 164-A of the Code of Criminal Procedure, Samvat 1989, the Magistrate recording such statement shall, notwithstanding anything contained therein, record the statement as spoken by the child.
