Section 22(e) in The Tripura Board of Secondary Education (Terms and Conditions of Appointment and Discipline of the Employees) Rules, 1982
(e)Every employee shall practice, promote and encourage collective functioning in the interest of the administrative efficiency and apply his personal initiative of the efficient discharge of his duties.
