Section 4(a) in State Water Resources Regulatory Authority (Manner and Guidelines to Ensure Smooth, Uninterrupted and Leakage free Supply of Water to Farmers) Regulations, 2018
(a)Offences. - Any action by stakeholders (users) which may be in violation of any provision under Sections 4 (zj), 56 and 57 of the Act shall be deemed to be an offence punishable under Section 156 of the Act.
