(2)In the case of cinemas within limits of municipality, suitable urinals as approved by the municipality at the rate of not less than 2 per cent and latrines at the rate of not less than 1 per cent of the number of individuals to be accommodated in such premises shall be provided in suitable places. Separate accommodation shall be provided for males and females. They shall be so constructed as to cause no nuisance.
