Section 1 in Chhattisgarh Audyogik Nivesh Protsahan Adhiniyam, 2002
1. Short title, extent and commencement.
(1)This Act may be called The Chhattisgarh Audyogik Nivesh Protsahan Adhiniyam, 2002 (No. 7 of 2002).(2)It extends to the whole of the State of Chhattisgarh ;(3)It shall come into force from a date as may be notified in the State Government Gazette.
