Section 13 in The Orissa Khadi and Village Industries Board Rules, 1956
13.
In respect of all matters of procedure or rules for maintaining accounts of the Board not specifically provided for in these rules, the State Government rules in force shall be followed in so far as they are not inconsistent with the provisions of the Act in consultation with the Examiner of Local Accounts.
