Section 19(5)(g) in The U.P. Boiler Rules, 1969

(g)Submission of declaration by the Inspector. Prepare a declaration in Form 'F appended to these rules in Column 8 in which the limit of the working pressure shall be clearly noted, and shall forward the same with the application to the Deputy Chief Inspector or Chief Inspector.
