Section 74 in The Andhra Pradesh Infrastructure Development Enabling Act, 2001
74. Protection of Action Taken in Good Faith.
- No suit, claim or other legal proceedings shall lie against the Infrastructure Authority or Conciliation Board or the Chairman or other members of the Infrastructure Authority or Conciliation Board or the staff or representatives of the Infrastructure Authority or Conciliation Board in respect of anything which is in good faith done or intended to be done under the Act or any Rules or Regulations or orders made there under.
