Section 157(8) in Rajasthan Municipalities Act, 2009
(8)The Committee shall have -(i)the functions relating to planning and coordination for the Metropolitan Area, which may be assigned to it by the State Government; and(ii)the powers and functions as may be conferred on or delegated or entrusted to it by the State Government for carrying out the purposes of this Chapter.
