Section 33(1) in The Rajasthan University of Health Sciences Act, 2005
(1)The appointment of teachers and officers of the University shall, save as provided in this Act, be made in accordance with the provisions of the Rajasthan UniversitiesÂ’ Teachers and Officers (Selection for Appointment) Act, 1974 (Act No. 18 of 1974).
