Section 15(1) in The M.P. Krishi Upaj Mandi (Allotment of Land and Structure of Market Committee/board) Rules, 2005
(1)With the prior approval of the State Government the Market Committee may give any land proposed for public use, on lease for public necessities and conveniences to any department of the Government, registered co-operative/public institution or local body on confessional rate.
