Section 30 in Telangana Medical Practitioners Registration Act, 1968
30. Protection of Acts done in good faith.
- No suit, prosecution or other legal proceedings shall be instituted against any person for anything, which is, in good faith done or intended to be done under this Act, or under the rules or regulations made there under.
