1. The instant application has been filed by the Petitioner seeking restoration of W.P.(C) 2758/2006.
2. Learned Counsel appearing for the Petitioner submits that he could not appear on the previous date of hearing as he was down with viral fever and this Court had dismissed the Writ Petition for non- prosecution. He, therefore, prays that the Writ Petition be restored.
3. For the reasons stated in the application, the same is allowed.
4. The Writ Petition is restored to its original number.
5. List the Writ Petition on 22.02.2023.
