Section 4(3) in The M.P. Cattle Diseases Act, 1934
(3)Assistance to Veterinary Officer for inspection etc. of cattle. - Every person in charge of cattle shall give reasonable assistance to the Veterinary Officer of the station and his subordinates for the inspection, vaccination and marking of such cattle.
