95. Court fees.
- Notwithstanding anything contained in the [Hyderabad Court Fees Act (VI of 1324 F.)] [Repealed by Act No.IV of 1958.] every original application, every appeal and every application for revision filed under this Act shall bear a court fee stamp of such value as may be prescribed.
