1. This is an office note based on the request letter dated 11.05.2018 made by Presiding Officer, Labour Court, Janjgir Champa (C.G.) for extension of time for disposal of the concerned case.

2. As prayed for, further 03 months time is granted to comply with the earlier order of this Court dated 06.04.2018 passed in WPL No. 157 of 2014 and to dispose of the concerned case within three months from the date of receipt of certified copy of this order.

3. Accordingly, the MCC stands disposed of.
