Having heard learned counsel for the petitioner, we are of the considered opinion that in a case of the present nature, he should approach the High Court under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, if so advised so that the High Court would be in a position to assess the situation, if required, and thereafter pass appropriate orders.
With the aforesaid observation and liberty, the writ petition stands disposed of.
