Section 27(5) in Wild Life (Protection) Punjab Rules, 1975
(5)Where the licensee transfers his arms to another person by way of sale, gift or otherwise, he shall intimate the Officer Incharge of Sanctuary or National Park within a period of fifteen days of such transfer.
