- The State Government shall ensure that adequate funds are provided to the Commission and the District Accountability Authorities for the effective performance of their functions and that the police shall not be required to provide any material or human resources to the Commission or the District Accountability Authorities for their smooth functioning.Chapter - XIII Welfare and Grievance Redressal Mechanisms for Police Personnel
