(3)The person ceasing to be a [Chairman, Vice-Chairman] [Substituted by M.P. Act No. 4 of 1983 (w.e.f. 19-11-1982).] or member by reason of the expiry of his term of office shall, if otherwise qualified be eligible for re-appointment.
