Section 10(1) in The Orissa Excise (Methyl Alcohol) Rules, 1976
(1)Government shall not be made responsible for any destruction, loss or damage by fire, theft or any other cause whatsoever, occurring to the plant or any part thereof, or to any methyl alcohol stored, received, gauged, weighed or verified within the plant.
