12. Notice of meeting and Business.
- Not less than 15 days' notice of an ordinary meeting and not less than 7 days' notice of a special meeting specifying the time and place at which such a meeting is to be held shall be given to the members. In case of an ordinary meeting, the business to be transacted in the meeting will be sent to the members at least seven days before the meeting and in the case of a special meeting the business to be transacted will be mentioned alongwith the notice for the meeting.
