Facts:­ 

1. Applicant   submitted   RTI   application   dated   1   September  2011 before the CPIO, The New India Assurance Company Limited,  Patna   to   obtain   information   through   four   points   regarding  accident case of motor vehicle insured vide cover note no. 576  of 6 May 1994.

2. Vide   CPIO   order   dated   27   September   2011,   appellant   was  informed   that   information   sought   vide   points   1   and   2   was  unclear   and   that   points   3   and   4   did   not   fall   under   the  definition of information as provided under section 2 (f) of  the Act.

3. Applicant   submitted   appeal   dated   12   October   2011   before  the   first   appellate   authority.   Matter   was   decided   vide   FAA  order dated 27 October 2011 vide which the order of the CPIO  was upheld.

4. Appellant preferred second appeal before the Commission. 

5. Matter   was   heard   today   via   videoconferencing   from   Patna  where   CPIO   as   above   was   present   and   from   Palamu   where  appellant appeared.

6. After hearing both parties and on perusing the facts on  record, Commission upholds the decision of the CPIO. Appeal is  dismissed.
