(4)Age limits. - Candidates must not be below 19½ years and over [25 years] [Substitued by S.R.O. 17-E, dated 5th July, 1967] of age on entry. The upper age limit may, however, be relaxed in the case of specially suitable candidates at the discretion of the Government.
