VEERAGANI LEELA KRISHNA, presented this Petition under Article 227 of the Constitution of India, praying that in the circumstances stated in the grounds filed herein,the High Court may be pleased to set aside the Order dated 22-09- 2023 passed in I.A.No.30 of 2019 in I.P.No.5 of 2011 on the file of Principal Senior Civil Judge, at Nellore, SPSR Nellore District, and allow the I.A.No.30 of 2019 in I.P.No.5 of 2011 on the file of Principal Senior Civil Judge, at Nellore, SPSR Nellore District in the interest of justice;
AND WHEREAS the High Court upon perusing the petition and memorandum of grounds filed herein and upon hearing the arguments of Sri VEERAGANI LEELA KRISHNA, Advocate for the Petitioner, directed issue of notice to the Respondents herein to show cause as to why this CIVIL REVISION PETITION should not be admitted.
