Section 3(1) in Rabindranath Tagore University Act, 2017
(1)The Chancellor, the Vice-Chancellor, the Pro-Vice-Chancellor and the members of the court, the Executive Council, and the Academic Council so long as they continue to hold such office or membership shall constitute a body corporate by the name of "The Rabindranath Tagore University".
