Section 30 in Gujarat Road Safety Authority Act, 2018
30. Cognizance of offences.
- No court shall take cognizance of any offence punishable under this Act except on a report in writing of the facts constituting such offence submitted with the prior permission of the Authority or, as the case may be, the Executive Committee or the Chief Enforcement Officer.
