Section 26(1) in The Rabindra Mukta Vidyalaya Act, 2001
(1)The [President] [Word substituted for the word 'Chairman' by W.B. Act 13 of 2006.] shall place at every annual meeting a Budget Estimate, in such form as may be prescribed by rules, showing the anticipated income and expenditure of the [Council] [Word substituted for the word 'Vidyalaya' by W.B. Act 13 of 2006.] during the financial year in which the annual meeting is held.
