Section 3(1) in The Gujarat Labour Welfare Fund Act, 1953
(1)18 The State Government shall constitute a fund called the Labour Welfare Fund and notwithstanding anything contained in any other law for the time being in force, the sums specified in sub-section (2) shall, subject to the provisions of sub-section (4) and 19 [sections 6A and 6B] be paid into the Fund. ];
