Section 11 in The Integral University Act, 2004

11. The Pro-Vice-Chancellor.

(1)The Pro-Vice-Chancellor shall be appointed by the Vice-Chancellor and shall exercise such powers and perform such funtions as may be prescribed.

(2)The Pro-Vice-Chancellor shall assist the Vice-Chancellor in discharging day to day duties as and when required by the Vice-Chancellor.
