- In the Prohibition of Benami Property Transactions Act, 1988, in section 9, in sub-section (1), for clause (b), the following clause shall be substituted with effect from the 1st day of April, 2020, namely:-"(b) (i) has been a member of the Indian Legal Service and has held the post of Joint Secretary or equivalent post in that Service; or(ii)is qualified for appointment as District Judge.".
