8. Charges.
(1)The applicant shall pay such amount of charges as may be determined by the State Government, from time to time before execution of lease deed.(2)The applicant shall deposit the charges within 90 days of demand raised by the Municipality:Provided that if the applicant failed to deposit the amount of charges within 90 days from the date of receipt of demand notice, the permission under these rules shall be deemed stand cancelled.Chapter-III Miscellaneous
