2. The Petitioners have challenged the stipulation regarding passing of Teacher Eligibility Test and apprehend termination and coercive action on the ground of non-passing of the said examination. This issue is raised in various petitions.

3. List these petitions along with Writ Petition (St) No.4723 of 2021. In the meanwhile no coercive steps be taken against the Petitioners on the ground of not passing TET examination and the Petitioners be paid salary as due.
4. The learned AGP states that a group of petitions raising similar challenge have been heard by the Aurangabad Bench of this Court and the judgment is awaited.
