Section 18(iii) in The Punjab School Education Board (Penalties for Misconduct and use of Unfair Means in the Matriculation and Higher Secondary Examinations) Regulations, 1979
(iii)his conduct shall be reported for disciplinary action to the Managing body of the institution if he is an employee of a privately managed institution;
