Section 15(1) in The Maharashtra Raw Cotton (Procurement, Processing and Marketing) Act, 1971
(1)The Board may, with the previous sanction of the State Government, associate with itself or consult such persons whose assistance or advice it may require, for the purpose of performing any of its functions under this Act; such persons may be paid such remuneration or fees or allowances as may be sanctioned by the State Government.
