ORAL ORDER
1. By way of the present application, the applicant- original accused has prayed to release him temporary bail for a period of 30 days on the ground of operation of knee replacement of his father which is schedule on 24.11.2014 . In support of his application, medical certificate is produced.
2. I have heard Mr.H.K.Patel, learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the respondent -State. He has produced the previous order dated 4.9.2014 passed in Criminal Misc. Application No. 13832 of 2014 by this Court . He was surrender in time. Now the operation of knee replacement of left leg of his father is scheduled on 4.9.2014. Considering Page 1 of 2 R/CR.MA/18836/2014 ORDER the ground advanced by the applicant for releasing him on temporary bail, in my opinion, the present application requires consideration. Hence, the present application is allowed. The applicant is ordered to be released on temporary bail for a period of three weeks from the date of his actual release on executing a personal bond of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees ten thousand only) before the Jail Authority. The applicant shall mark his presence once in a week before the nearest police station between 9.00 a.m. and 6.00 p.m.
3. Rule is made absolute to the aforesaid extent only. Direct service is permitted.
