Section 243(h) in Bihar Building and Other Construction Workers (Regulation of Employment and Conditions of Service) Rules, 2005
(h)there shall be at least one latrine for every 25 female workers and one latrine for every 25 male worker. Same scale will be followed in case of urinals.
