The High Court Of Madhya Pradesh
                   WP-10529-2020
(PRASHANT PANDEY Vs STATE OF M.P. THROUGH HOME DEPARTMENT AND OTHERS)

2
Indore, Dated : 06-08-2020

Shri Anshuman Shrivastava, learned counsel for the petitioner.
Shri P. Kaurav, learned Advocate General with Shri P.M.
Bhargava, learned Additional Advocate General on behalf of
respondent/State.

Learned counsel for the petitioner prays for and is granted 10 days time to file rejoinder.

Learned Advocate General has fairly stated before this court that he is not objecting in respect of the prayer for filing a rejoinder, however, he has raised serious doubts over the credentials of the petitioner. He has stated that the petitioner is claiming himself to be a Computer Expert. He has further stated that petitioner be directed to furnish the details of the computer degrees and so-called Digital Forensic Engineer degree, if any, acquired by the petitioner. He has also stated that the petitioner be directed to furnish the details of services rendered by him from time to time to the expert agencies for the last five years.

The prayer made by learned Advocate General appears to be genuine prayer as the petitioner is being provided security at the cost of State-exchequer.

Resultantly, while filing the rejoinder, the petitioner shall file details of his computer degree as he is claiming himself to be a digital forensic engineer. The petitioner shall also file the details of all such proceedings in which he has helped the status/investigating agencies for the last five years. The petitioner shall also inform the steps taken 2 WP-10529-2020 by him from time to time keeping in view the Whistle Blower Protection Act, 2014.

List after two weeks.
