Section 12(8)(b) in Dr. Abdul Haq Urdu University Act, 2016

(b)an appeal shall lie to the Executive Council against any action taken by the Vice-Chancellor under sub-section(8)(a) above affecting any person in the service of the University. Such appeal shall be filed within thirty days from the day on which such person has notice of the action taken.
