Section 107(1) in Kolkata Municipal Corporation Building Rules, 2009
(1)No kitchen shall have a floor area of less than 4.5 sq. m. and width of less than 1.5 m.Provided that if any kitchen is to be used for eating purposes also, such floor area shall not be less than 9.5 sq. m. and the width shall not be less than 2.4 m.
